Apricots are exported to Kazakhstan

The first shipment of dried apricots of the country is exported to Kazakhstan by Sadafi Limited in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, which includes 50 metric tons of dried apricots worth 150,000 $.
"It is an honor that fruits and vegetables are exported to region by private sector, " said Jalaluddin Saeed, the president's adviser on export of domestic products, adding that we work as export facilitators and strive to increase exports not only to Kazakhstan, but also to Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Russia and other countries."
Mr. Saeed stressed the value of the country's vegetables and fruits, and considered the railway important for the country's exports.
Qasim Norouzi, one of the businessmen at this program said, "Not only apricots, but also potatoes, cucumbers and other agricultural products should be exported, and the value of fruits and vegetables should be maintained stable.”
