MAIL Administrative meeting held on using of Development Budget

The administrative meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) was held under t chairmanship of MAIL minister with presence of deputy ministers and central directors of the Ministry to review the development budget, opportunities and challenges in implementing projects and ways to resolve them in a timely manner.
In this meeting, Abdul Hadi Rafiyi, deputy minister of finance and administration of MAIL, provided detailed details concerning spending of development budget and problems of the projects, central and provincial directorates in implementation of the project.
Dr. Anwar al-Haq Ahady, minister of agriculture, irrigation and livestock, said that statues of spending the development budget has not been satisfactory and stressed that negligence in implementing projects and providing services to the people is not acceptable. He further added that positive changes should be made immediately in these cases.
