Extension Units being built for Dawlatabad and Pashtun Kot Districts of Faryab

Faryab’s Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock Department says that the construction of two extension units in Dawlatabad and Pashtun Kot districts of the province has started and has progressed by 40% so far.
Abdul Kabir Farzam, Head of Faryab Agriculture Department said that the extension units would be built in co-operation with the (DACAAR) organization.
Extension units are one of the technical units in the Agricultural sector.
He added that we had extension units in the center and districts in the past yet, they were destroyed by recent wars.
Fortunately, we have rebuilt a number of them from the budget of the Department of Agriculture. This year, two sections of the extension unit will be built in cooperation with the Dakar Institute on Agricultural Land.
