Propose of the Addendum: As per of the e-mail dated June 12, 2019, from National Livestock Coordinator of NHLP and justified the reason of addendum as below.

As per the community demand and proper utilization of project resources in more effective and efficient way, the Herat 100-layer poultry project will be shifted to Logar province. There is congestion in Herat, therefore management decided to replace Herat province with the most suitable and high demanding province for layer poultry farms.
