Biography of Amin Khatir

Amin Khatir, son of Allah Dost, was born in 1984 in a religious and intellectual family in Malang Village, Khak-e-Jabbar District of Kabul Province. Afghanistan.

He Graduated from Abdul Hadi Dawi High School in Kabul in 2004 then He Graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of Al-Khair University in Islamabad, Pakistan in 2011 and completed his Master's Degree in the same field; Specialization of Finance and Accounting from the Preston University of Islamabad, Pakistan in 2014.

Mr. Amin Khatir has been worked as the General Director of Shaheen Technical and Vocational Institute in Kabul for two years.

Then, in the beginning of the National Unity Government, he was appointed as the Specialist of Provincial Coordination in the Directorate of Local Governance in the AOP (Administrative Office of the President) and worked for one and half years, and later he was promoted to the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist of the General Directorate of Monitoring and Evaluation of AOP (Administrative Office of the President) and served for One year.

Mr. Amin Khatir has been appointed as the Head of Reports, Minister’s Reporting Unit, Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock since the beginning of 2018, which has been Successful in overseeing matters and has been praised by the Ministers of the Ministry of Agriculture several times.

He has completed short-term National and International training programs in various fields and also has a complete command of the national languages of the country, as well as English, Arabic and Urdu.
