More Than One Million Saplings are to be planted in Baghlan

With starting of the planting campaign in Baghlan province, the directorate of agriculture, irrigation and livestock said that more than one million seedlings have been produced in the province and are ready for planting.
Abdul Ghais Siddiqi, director of agriculture in Baghlan, said, “More than 60,000 fruitful and non-fruitful seedlings have been produced by Department of Natural Resources and nearly one million more fruitful and non-fruitful seedlings by associations, village unions and the private sector and are ready for distribution and planting.
