266 Farmers Receive Agricultural equipment in Nangarhar

The Ministry of Agriculture distributed agricultural equipment to 266 leading farmers in 10 districts of Nangarhar who had signed agricultural contracts through Second National Priority Support Program (SNaPP2).
The mentioned farmers have contracted with paddy processing plant, chicken grain production plant, peanut processing plant and Garqand production center, and had achieved good results by implementing the guidelines and consultations of the extension’s staff.
In order to provide quality raw materials for processing plants and factories in the country and to find a stable market for agricultural products, farmers are motivated to enter into agricultural contracts, and the distribution of agricultural equipment is part of these encouraging programs.
