Implementation of 441 Agricultural Product Management Projects to complete in Kabul

The Directorate of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of Kabul Province said, “In total, the work of 441 Agricultural management projects in the province has progressed by 85% and is scheduled to be exploited in two weeks.”
Omarjan Mangal, kabul's director of agriculture, said, “The projects, which cost a total of 361,422,000 AFN,  include the construction of 64 Apple cold storages, 179 Raisin stalls, 97 Onion storages, four potato storages and the distribution of 97 fruit and vegetable dryers, which are implemented  in 14 districts of Kabul and urban agriculture will be completed soon.”
Under the program, farmers and gardeners for whom the infrastructure is built will receive a 20 percent share in one part and a 10 percent share in the other. In one section 80% and in the other 90% of the cost is paid by the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock MAIL.
These projects are designed to prevent the corruption of farmers and gardner's crops and to increase the income of them.
