MAIL held; Educational workshop on new method of evaluating the performances of civil servants

The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, in coordination with Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission, has launched a three-day civil service performance evaluation educational workshop at the Ministry of Agriculture MAIL.
The new forms assess the performance of civil servants in order to strike a balance between accountability and job security. Based on this forum, with the new changes in the performance evaluation method of civil servants, the principle of rewards and punishments in civil service administrations should be rational and applied, providing services to citizens with more responsibility, transparency and accountability and a culture of creativity and innovation in institutions should be expanded. Under the new approach, educational needs and development of capabilities of civil servants will be identified as more realistic and constructive, and civil servants will be forced to work beyond their job descriptions with plain benchmarks and constitutional activities.
60 employees of Directorate of human resources and various directorates of the Ministry of Agriculture (MAIL) took part the above-mentioned educational workshop. timely evaluation, evaluation documentation, how the director deals with the sub-process during the evaluation, as well as the prevention of taste evaluations, are taught once a year for the employees of MAIL in this workshop, this workshop will continue for another two days.
