The Directorate of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of Herat Province has established and equipped a milk collection center in the village of Nosan, Injil district of the province, through support to National Priority Program 2 (SNaPP2).of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The center is responsible for collecting milk from families who have already received training on how to care for and raise pets and receive livestock packages through (SNaPP2).

The center is also equipped with new equipment, including a Zaranj three-wheeled motorcycle, 10 milk drums, scales, lactometers, water tankers, pump sprays and some other detergents.

The building of this development council center has been built in Nosan village.
