What did the Directorate of Agriculture of Samangan do in 1399?

Samangan Agriculture directorate has been able to spend 93% of its development budget in fiscal year 1399, the directorate had a budget of 22 million 249 thousand 213 Afghanis Last year.
The mentioned directorate has been able to allocate 93% of its budget in the form of different projects, including reforestation and conservation projects and drainage regulation, farm rehabilitation and development of agricultural forestry, greenery, increasing the value of regiment medicinal plant products, regulating grasslands and preventing desert development, preparation and distribution  improved seeds, the construction of demonstration wheat farms, soybeans and the improvement of the Oil Mill Machinery.
Officials of Samangan Agriculture directorate say that 251 projects worth 129 million 349 thousand 486 AFN will be launched in Samangan province this year as part of agricultural management project. These projects include the construction of 80 onion warehouses, 110 potato warehouses, 11 apple and vegetable cold storages, and the distribution of 50 solar-dried fruit and vegetable dryers, which are about 90% complete.
Also in 1399, 400 hectares of destroyed land was created by sprinkling revived regiment seeds and four regimental medical plant associations. 113 sheep have also been distributed to community members to protect medicinal plant areas.
502 hectares of pastures that were destroyed were rehabilitated by spawning and 2 thousand and 95 cubic meters of protective dam (Chakdam) water reservoirs were built.
1,600 acres of new orchards have been built through Ministry of Agriculture's National Horticulture and Livestock (NHLP) Project and 342 metric tons of modified seeds have been distributed to farmers.
The building of the directorate of Agriculture was built at a cost of 15 million 350 thousand 554 AFN in the Shahare of Aibak. Rehabilitation and protection of forests and regulation of watersheds worth 3 million and 734 thousand AFN have been implemented in Hazrat Sultan, Firuzonkhchir, Khorram, sarbagh and Aibak districts.
