The Department of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of Sar-e-Pul Province is training Saffron Farmers and those farmers who are interested in Saffron cultivation to learn modern Saffron cultivation skills.

This program started based on the Ministry of Agriculture's plan, and 68 Saffron workers in the center and districts of Sar-e-Pul are scheduled to participate in Saffron cultivation and production training programs and learn these skills.

The training program starts from the center and then expands to Suzma Qala, Sancharak and Gosfandi districts.

Saffron processing and marketing training programs will be established soon with the arrival of the Saffron flowering season.
