Agreement of on Improving Agricultural Trade and Launching Quarantines to Prevent Transmission of Agricultural Diseases and Pests has been signed between Hashmatullah Ghafoori, Deputy Minister of Irrigation and Natural Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of Afghanistan and yadgar Khwaja Shadmanov Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Kabul. In the presences of   Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Hanif Atmar and Sardor Umurzakov, Uzbekistan's deputy prime minister and minister of Investments and foreign trade.
This document is an agreement between the two countries on the observance of Agricultural quarantine in the field of Agricultural Trade and can lead to the protection of export products of both parties.
This agreement will expand Agricultural Trade between the two countries and also prevent the transmission of Agricultural diseases and pests between the two countries during the trade of Agricultural products.
