ریاست زراعت، آبیاری و مالداری ولایت سمنگان به همکاری مالی بنیاد انکشافی آغا خان برای ۱۷ تن از زنان بیبضاعت در ولسوالیهای حضرت سلطان و فیروزنخچیر این ولایت، ۱۷ گاو شیری همراه با گوساله آن که نسل کنری میباشد، توزیع کرده است.
باید گفت که این گاوها به منظور حمایت از سکتور مالداری و تقویت اقتصاد این زنان بیبضاعت توزیع شده است.
