A Huge Agricultural complex laid in Kandahar

The foundation stone of a large complex was officially laid zone level in Kandahar province.

In a ceremony held at the Presidential Palace on this occasion, Hashmatullah Ghafouri, deputy minister of irrigation and natural resources, Ruhollah Khanzadeh, governor of Kandahar, Abdul Tawab Balakarzai, deputy minister of higher education from Kandahar were connected via video conference and with the guidance of the President, Deputy Minister of Irrigation And Natural Resources, the governor of Kandahar and the deputy minister of higher education, laid the foundation stone of the mentioned complex.
"Today is a proud day that Afghanistan is witnessing a major change in agricultural sector," President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani said in a speech after the inauguration of the complex. I would like to thank the officials, colleagues and all those who have worked in this field. "I am proud that the language of government and investors is the same, and the government always cooperates with the private sector and investors."
The president said that with the construction of this complex, we would have a solution to the current issues and along with it, equal opportunities for thousands of people. President Ghani said that in addition, special attention and investment will be paid to Kandahar Airport.
President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani also said he would build a wall in the citadel to inspire investors. The President promised to hand over a medal to the officials of the complex and a letter of appreciation to Hashmatullah Ghafouri, deputy minister of irrigation and natural resources of the Ministry of Agriculture MAIL.
Meanwhile, Dr. Anwarul Haq Ahadi, minister of agriculture, irrigation and livestock, congratulated the President and all the folks of Kandahar on the commencement of construction of the complex, adding that Afghanistan is ready for agricultural industry. Mr. Ahadi said that the construction of this complex would close the value chain, a better example of which is this complex.
The Minister of Agriculture added that with the construction of this complex, the value of domestic processing will increase and this complex will be certified by international standards and will guarantee the receipt of products and will increase agricultural mechanization and send crops to global markets and will be a successful business. It will also create employment.
Meanwhile, at the inauguration ceremony of the complex in Kandahar, Hashmatullah Ghafoori, deputy minister of irrigation and natural resources of the Ministry of Agriculture ( MAIL) who attended the ceremony in Kandahar province, spoke about the technical issues of the large agricultural complex and said that It was the largest agricultural complex with an investment of nearly US 100 million $.
The Deputy Minister of Irrigation and Natural Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture reminded in his speech at the ceremony, "With the construction of a large agricultural complex in Kandahar province, a sales center will be built for agricultural products in Kandahar and neighboring provinces that will benefit agricultural traders and farmers, the complex will be completed in six steps."
Mr. Ghafouri explained that the large agricultural complex in Kandahar province is a complete complex for financial facilities and specialized exports of farmers and all activists in the agricultural sector, with all services to increase the value of products.
Afterwards, Jalaluddin Saeed, the director of the complex, thanked the president and the Ministry of Agriculture for their special attention and said that the plan was launched with special instructions from the president, which would further strengthen the agricultural sector.
The complex is being built in the Aino Mina industrial town in capital of Kandahar province on an area of 1,100 acres of land, with the support of government by private sector.
It should be said that the mentioned complex having processing centers and packaging of agricultural products, industrial factories of agricultural products, commercial agriculture, and dairy value chain, complete value chain of animals, raw material refineries and research departments of production factories Provides employment opportunities for a number of our compatriots.
