1.   The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Panj-Amu River Basin Project (P-ARBP)". Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

2.   The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock ("the Employer") invites sealed Quotation from eligible bidders for Supply of Machineries (Tractor with Required Equipment’s) As per Delivery Schedule and Technical

3.   To be qualified, you must have experience as a manufacturer or authorized supplier of the items covered by this Request for Quotation and, as evidence, you must also attach a document of your experience as supplier in at least one contract in the last 5 years for Amount of 5,172,300.00 AFN the similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on supply of Agriculture Equipment and Machinery.

5. The bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting which will take place on 29-May-2021 at 10:00 AM in the meeting room at the address given below to explain the procedure of proper preparation and submission of Quotation, clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage.

6.         Deliver bid:

(i) In hard copies, the Quotation should be submitted to the address in Kabul.

(ii) On or before the deadline 01-June-2021 Time: 10:00 AM.

(iii) Electronic submission of Quotation will NOT be accepted.

(7)        Quotations shall be opened in public, in the presence of participating suppliers’ representatives who choose to attend, on 01-June-2021 at 10:00 AM and at the following address.  First Floor of Ever Green Building, CPMO Procurement Section Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL).
