Sabzevar Pool and Canal built and put into operation in Parwan at a cost of more than 12.8 Million Afghanis

The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock completed the construction of the Sabzevar pool and Irrigation canal in the Siah Gaard district of Parwan province, and the infrastructure was put into operation.
Khalil-ur-Rehman Omar, Head of the irrigation department at the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, says "that the Sabzevar pool, 50 by 40 Meters, was built on an Acres of land.
Mr. Omar adds "that this basin has a storage capacity of 3,800 Cubic Meters of water".
According to the Head of the irrigation department, the pool, with its attached Canal, irrigates 240 Acres of land and is directly used by 35 families.
12 million 807 thousand 410 Afghanis have been spent on the construction of these infrastructures.
