The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) has built 290 large and small greenhouses in Farah over the past three years through community based agriculture and rural project. of these greenhouses, 181 are large and 109 are small.

The mentioned Project is one of the important programs of the (MAIL) in order to limit poppy fields and introduce valuable agricultural products in the country.
