Artificial Insemination Station of Mo-Sahay district Exploits

The Directorate of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of Kabul Province exploited an artificial animal insemination station and a milk collection center in Mo-Sahay district of Kabul province to support livestock farmers.
Omar Jan Mangal, director of the Kabul Agriculture’s Directorate, said about the start of exploitation of these centers, that animal artificial insemination station was to increase the breeding of calves and increase the level of milk and meat production in this district and Kabul province in general.
He added that establishment of a milk collection center, along with the creation of a market for the sale of these products in Musa district, would provide the capital with access to fresh and healthy milk.
Both centers were built at a total cost of nearly 4.5 million AFN from the development budget of Kabul directorate of agriculture.
