1,750 Acres of Baghlan Land to be irrigated

Upon the reconstruction of ‘Joi Kalan’ irrigation canal in Nahren district of Baghlan province, 1,750 acres of land will be irrigated.

The network, which is four kilometers long, will cost a total of 22 million AFN, which will be funded by the On Farm Water Management Project (OFWMP) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock (MAIL).

The network will benefit 1,550 residents after being reconstructed.
