320 Home-Vegetable-Gardens to be built in Sar-E-Pol

Sar-e-Pul Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock Directorate announces the construction of 320 Home -vegetable -gardens in the province.
The mentioned directorates adds that these home- gardens are built in cooperation with Agriculture Food Security Emergency Project (EATS).
Sar-e-Pul directorate of Agriculture says that in order to build these orchards this year, eight types of vegetable seeds including tomatoes, eggplant, okra, lettuce, cabbage and onion seed and some other vegetables have been distributed to 120 women farmers in center of this province for empowerment and self-sufficiency in their economy.
The process of distributing vegetable seeds and home-garden equipment to another 200 women, including in village development councils of Sar-e-Pul province is about to continue.
