The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) purchased 150 dairy cows and are supposed to be dispensed to 150 women in Kabul, Zabul and Faryab provinces. These cows are dispensed in-order to fortify the economy status of rural women.
Meanwhile, MAIL has implemented numerous programs for several years to empower the economy of needy women.
