Ghandan Irrigation Network was utilized in Balkh district of Balkh province.
The network has been reconstructed by the On Farm Water Management Project (OFWMP) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock, irrigating nearly 1,000 acres of land.
The network is some 3,000 kilometers long and have cost some 9.1 million AFN.
The network benefits over 1,000 families.
