  1. The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation & Livestock (MAIL) has received a grant from the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) towards the Afghanistan Agricultural Inputs Project, and intends to apply part of the grant to payment under the contract for procurement Internet service for AAIP main office, ISE, ARIA, PPQD and Deputy Minister’s office. 

 

The Afghanistan Agricultural Inputs Project (AAIP) of Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation & Livestock (MAIL) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for carrying out the Procurement of Services Need for 5 Rental Car for AAIP Office in Kundoz, Takhar, Badakhsha and Helmand Provices

  1. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, Revised May 2005, September 2006, May 2007, revised May 2010 and revised January 2011 and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Mohammad Khalid Amin , Procurement Officer, Procurement Department, Afghanistan Agricultural Inputs Project, Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation & Livestock,  Email: khalid.amin@mail.gov.af   Cc. jehangir.gabar@mail.gov.af   and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 to 14:00 PM from Saturday to Wednesday.

 

  1. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained free of  charge by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below or sending an e-mail to the address above, or by downloading from the web site(s) mentioned below. MAIL website www.mail.gov.af
  2. Bids must be delivered to the address below on before 25, January, 2018 at 10:00 AM Kabul Afghanistan time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.  Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at the afore-mentioned date and time. The Pre bid meeting will be held on January 10, 2018 at 10:00 AM in AAIP-MAIL Meeting Hall, Pamir Building, 2nd Floor, Afghanistan Agricultural Inputs Project, Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock.
